About the Team :
The global Monetization Integrity team ensures TikTok users have a safe experience while viewing advertisements. We work closely with advertisers to create ad policies, manage content review processes, and more. As we continue to add advertising on TikTok, this team is critical in assuring a joyful and creative ads experience for the community.
Responsibilities :
- Key responsibility is to identify potential risks and thoroughly analyze problems as they arise. Expected to develop and propose effective solutions to address leakage/overkill issues. Be able to communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
- Manage the operation of automated products such as ad review algorithm models and tools, continuously optimizing and iterating related products through product operation methods.
- Familiarity with AI products or auto moderation tooling operations. Expected to provide optimization suggestions and strategic direction for continuous improvement. Be able to assess current processes and identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Work closely and build trusted relationships with cross-functional partners, including TikTok Monetization Product, Ad policy, Integrity Product / Platform teams, Data science, Integrity operations teams, Risk. Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to develop and drive strategies and critical initiatives across functions on areas of improvement and deliver on the business requirements
- Implement and optimising executable operational workflows and relevant auto moderation, including the revision of current auto moderation strategy as the collaboration develops;
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications :
-Strong data analysis skills and ability to use data analysis and visualization tools;
Bachelor degree or above, with no major limitation; 1 to 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced environment & similar function, and adapting to changes (e.g. Auto Moderation strategy & operations teams);
Familiar with auto moderation products, with a mindset for product operations, capable of transforming operational issues into product operation solutions,able to quickly respond to complex projects in collaboration with stakeholder teams
Preferred Qualifications :
-Strong innovative spirit and passion, fast learner, ability to independently multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, and in-depth understanding of advertising business, content business and its related to technologies;
-Experience in auto moderation or AI product operations and the ability to develop and implement auto moderation tooling methodologies is preferred.
