We’re seeking a Business Process Analyst to join our stellar team. In this role you will work directly with the VP of Global Operations to identify, collaborate and deliver on projects aimed at streamlining workflows and efficiencies in both the operations team and across the Broadridge Asset Management Solutions division (BAMS). Involvement in projects will include leading the strategy, establishing technical specifications, performing configuration/integration and working with resources across the BAMS organization as well as other Broadridge teams.

Job Responsibilities:
Identify risks and opportunities and contribute to the achievement of the department’s short and long-term operational goals
Identify, research and make recommendations for process improvements
Use technical skills to build and lead integrations between internal systems, develop internal reporting/dashboards and improve workflows between internal teams
Work closely with operations teams to improve process around deployment, monitoring and automated client communication
Analyze, plan, develop specifications and present strategy for improvement projects
Lead and represent BAMS Operations team on multiple internal committees and projects
May perform other duties/responsibilities as needed or assigned
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
* At least seven years of leading technical projects and/or participating in technical system implementations/integrations
Qualifications:
You should have 5+ years of experience working in a Business Process Analyst role
You should have strong Process Management experience
Strong technical background including system integrations and scripting knowledge
You should have strong attention to detail
Must have strong presentation and organization skills
Excellent written communication skills
Experience with Salesforce a strong plus
Excellent time management skills
Ability to problem solve and independently work through obstacles
Ability to work under tight deadlines
