Client Relationship Manager
Camana Bay, Cayman Islands
Temporary (3-Month Contract)
8:00 - 5:00 Monday-Friday
Salary Range: 4,000 CI - 5,600 CI per month

The Client Relationship Manager, Corporate has responsibility for the full corporate administration of a large portfolio of companies and partnerships from formation to closure in accordance with company policy and such other responsibilities as Senior Management shall from time to time determine. In addition, the Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for the training of a select number of Client Relationship Officers and Senior Client Relationship Officers and support the Assistant Vice Presidents and Vice President as required. The Client Relationship Manager will also be required to oversee any special projects including the Beneficial Ownership and Economic Substance projects and Annual Review and close out projects.

Some of the things you'll be doing:
- Manage and ensure that all processes are followed by all administrators, including the completion of all correspondence received by clients, intermediaries, and external service providers both into the physical corporate files as well as our electronic document management system (Laserfiche)
- Unilaterally able to affect any company changes that are required in terms of any new instructions received by client or any Board or Shareholder resolutions outlining directorship changes, shareholder changes, updates to the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association (M&As), appointment of auditors and legal counsel, client contacts etc. on ViewPoint
- Process and successfully make all relevant filings as required by the Registrar of Companies (CAP and CORIS) to update appointments and resignations of directors, contacts, addresses, newly prepared constitutional documents (M&As, Section 10s etc.) as well as request all types of certificates available to clients
- Maintain full communication with all clients, intermediaries, and external service providers as to progress on any and all filings made with the Registrar of Companies, ensuring finalised and approved documentation and certificates are provided to the client in a timely manner to avoid incurring of penalties and saved to internal records
- Good understanding of the REEFs Cayman Island Monetary Authority's platform ensuring that all regulated entities are in good standing
- Experience and use of ViewPoint in maintaining and updating the client database with updated information, client contacts and statutory appointments, advising the Relationship Manager to any deficiencies in the information currently stored
- Awareness of Regulatory and Statutory deadlines throughout an annual cycle including a basic knowledge of Economic Substance Notification Filings to be made prior to the filing of the Annual Return due
- Issuance and provision of invoices to clients including any necessary reconciliations for larger groups of clients via our online billing portal
- Understanding of the required due diligence each client is to provide and assist with the collection of know your client ("KYC") information, including obtaining satisfactory due diligence on directors, shareholders and partners in liaison with the Compliance department
- Assist with any ad-hoc projects required by senior management
- Ability to train and manage a a team comprising of Assistants, Client Relationship Officers and Senior Client Relationship Officers in their roles and duties, upskilling the team and acting in a support capacity to the Assistant Vice Presidents and Vice Presidents.
- 3-4 years proven and relevant corporate administration experience
- Proven understanding of corporate structures and relevant local regulations and best practices
- Self-motivated, capable of working independently as well as within a team
- Confident in managing a team, managing monthly check ins with your allocated team and running annual review of your allocated team
- Ability to work under annual regulatory deadlines whilst maintaining excellent written and oral communication skills with strong attention to details
- Ability to train and communicate basic principles to the Client Relationship Officers
- Experience communicating with clients via email and telephone where necessary
- Experience using the following systems:
- CAP
- CORIS
- ViewPoint
- Laserfiche
- Adex or SAP Billing systems is beneficial;
- Excel, Word, Outlook and Microsoft Teams
