Description and Requirements
The CCO Clerk will provide general clerical support to all Member Services staff for the day-to-day operations of the department. The CCO Clerk will ensure that all forms are processed and forwarded on a timely basis to the appropriate departments. The individual at this level is expected to embody Healthfirst Culture Drivers and fulfill his/her role in helping the organization meet its strategic goals.
This position is 100% Remote - Work schedule: M-F, 9:30am-6pm with flexibility to work O.T. and occasional weekend rotation IF needed.
- Date, Stamp, sort and distribute departmental mail on a timely basis
- Scan & document all incoming correspondence into the internal data management system (On Contact)
- Retrieve all faxed correspondence through RightFax and forward to the designated person(s)
- Mail applications and other documents (i.e. MCRA legal documents, gift certificates and Credible Coverage Letters) as requested by Member Services. Create labels for Track & report inventory of departmental materials and supplies
- Log all day to day activities on Tracking Spreadsheets.
- Additional duties as assigned such as, but not limited to: data entry, sorting and answering emails, and operating office machinery as assigned by Management

Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma OR GED from an accredited institution
- Experience working with email
- Previous faxing, scanning and data entry experience
- Experience filling out forms created using Microsoft Word
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Some college from an accredited institution OR 2 years of Apprentice or Technical training
- Experience with Corporate email
- Experience entering data using Microsoft Excel
Hiring Range:
- Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $34,403 - $43,680
- All Other Locations (within approved locations): $32,802 - $41,600
As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, licenses and certifications, and any other factors Healthfirst deems pertinent to the hiring decision.
