This position focuses on the operational and administrative aspects of customer rebate tracking, reporting, and processing. Key responsibilities include the interpretation of contract language, entry of new contracts and maintenance of existing contracts in our customer rebate database, tracking rebates of contracts that are not supported by the rebate database, maintenance of department email inbox, and ad hoc reporting as needed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meet strict internal deadlines and external customer deadlines while maintaining an extremely high degree of accuracy.
- Compile and analyze rebate data, perform calculations, and create and distribute reporting to support the rebate calculations. (60%)
- Ensure rebate payments are properly authorized by loading payment requests into Docusign and tracking approvals prior to submission to Accounts Payable. (5%)
- Update rebate database for new contracts and amendments. (10%)
- Responsible for tracking all rebate payments and following up with Accounts Payable on rebate payments that have not been processed. (5%)
- Responsible for communication with the field sales team regarding open questions on rebate payments. (5%)
- Communicates with internal teams to rectify contract interpretation/inconsistency issues. (5%)
- Manages the Customer Rebate email inbox and directs emails to appropriate internal team members for follow up. (5%)
- Contribute to special projects and perform additional duties as required. (5%)

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
Typically 4 or more years of related experience.
PREFERRED EDUCATION:
Typically High School education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training. Bachelor's degree preferred.
TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
This a work from home position. Candidates must be willing to work Eastern Time/NY Time. Travel typically less than 10%. No special physical demands required.
The posted range for this position is $42,451-$74,447, which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.
