We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Director, Product Management, to lead the development and execution of our lead generation strategy. This individual will be responsible for building and managing high-performing initiatives that drive lead acquisition and growth for our clients across various channels.
Base Salary: $190,000-$200,000/annually

Responsibilities:
Lead Generation Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement a comprehensive lead generation strategy across multiple channels, including Search Engine Marketing (SEM), directories, and other lead gen sources.
Deep understanding of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other lead-generation platforms and optimization techniques.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in lead generation and user acquisition.
Collaborate with services and sales teams to ensure alignment.
Product Management & Development:
Collaborate with the senior product team to lead platform development and that supports lead generation activities.
Work closely with engineering teams to ensure efficient and scalable product development.
Oversee the optimization of all lead generation sources for maximum conversion rates.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
Leverage data analytics to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for optimizing lead generation efforts.
Leadership & Management:
Lead a high-performing product management team focused on lead generation.
Provide clear direction, mentorship, and coaching to team members.
Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of success in driving lead generation and growth.
Previous experience as senior director, product management, or equivalent.
Demonstrated expertise in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and various lead generation platforms is a must.
Strong understanding of Google, Bing, and other search engine dynamics.
Experience in building and managing platforms that run online advertising campaigns is strongly preferred.
Hands-on mentality with a strong ability to execute.
Data-driven decision-making with a focus on results and ROI.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Additional Experience:
Working knowledge of lead attribution modeling.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $119,700 and $247,000. Base compensation is reflective of many factors, including, but not limited to, the market in which one lives/works, individual education level, skills, certifications and experience. Note: variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable.
