The Role
As a member of the WI/HCG Pricing Team, this Director role will be responsible for leading and managing a team of analysts to deliver impactful and insightful financial analysis to our business partners. The primary objective of the role will be to develop and lead a broad range of analytics, financial management, and strategic business partner support to drive improved outcomes and financial results to the broader organization. You will be responsible for leading consultative analytics and executive level recommendations for clients and prospects in the Core market. The role will partner closely with Sales, Relationship Management, and many other client-focused business support groups to help both win new business and retain existing clients.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of professional experience in Finance with a successful track record in financial modeling and analysis
- Financial services experience; experience in benefits outsourcing (WI/HCG) a plus
- Proven ability to combine a strategic business perspective with strong project management and analytical skills
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with Finance and business partners across varying levels of the organization
- Strong interpersonal skills, proactively building consultative relationships across Finance and the business
- Proven leadership skills and ability to develop financial analyst talent and spur career development for the team
- Ability to prioritize, delegate, drive work and lead others in a highly matrixed environment
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

Fidelity's working model blends the best of working offsite with maximizing time together in person to meet associate and business needs. Currently, most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite all business days of one assigned week per four-week period (beginning in September 2024, the requirement will be two full assigned weeks).
