Director, Workforce Strategy & Analytics

London, United Kingdom / Remote

Who We Are

At Kyndryl, we design, build, manage and modernize the mission-critical technology systems that the world depends on every day. So why work at Kyndryl? We are always moving forward - always pushing ourselves to go further in our efforts to build a more equitable, inclusive world for our employees, our customers and our communities.

The Role

We are seeking an AI and ML data scientist to drive the optimization of our workforce. This optimization will solve for the technical and other skills needed to provide value to our clients, the growth, development, and satisfaction of our workforce, contractual, legal, geographic and cost constraints. We seek to build a labor optimization engine that will take inputs from our strategic planning and forecasting, identify upcoming skills gaps in our workforce and recommend opportunities to upskill, hire, or engage temporary workers to fulfill our clients' needs. We are seeking a leader who is eager to engage directly in the design and execution of these models.
