As the Campaign Specialist at Nearpod, a Renaissance company, you will:

Work closely with the Senior Manager of B2B Marketing to develop campaign strategies and turn them into actionable campaigns.

Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling campaigns aligned with business objectives.

Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimization.

Devise cohesive campaign strategies across multiple channels.

Lead projects, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.

Clearly and accurately position products' features and benefits while qualifying prospects' needs, authority, timeframe to purchase, and budgetary information.

Build and maintain positive working relationships with marketing and sales teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university with 2+ years of campaign marketing experience OR Equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Some experience crafting, coding, and maintaining email templates using HTML and CSS, preferred.
  • Strong writing skills for both internal and external communications and copy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects (or campaigns) at any time with different key stakeholders.
  • Understanding of audiences, segmentation, and ability to work on both B2B and B2C campaigns.
  • Familiar with Marketo; Some experience working on email marketing campaigns, lead generation and nurturing, and Google Analytics
  • Proficient with web and marketing analytics platforms required.
  • Proven portfolio of campaigns that have grown pipeline and revenue.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to articulate strategic objectives in a clear campaign brief.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Some experience marketing/ sales development, lead nurturing and/or K-12 professional, preferred.
  • Some experience calculating figures and amounts such as potential market share and opportunity size, preferred.
  • Good understanding of demand generation and sales principles.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) including Google Sheets.
  • And other duties as assigned


Additional Information

Salary Range: $68,000 - $93,000

  • This range is based on national market data and may vary by location.
