Position Overview
Working in the Marketing Services team, you will support the Growth Marketing Innovation and Lifecycle (ILM) Team, a dynamic group leading data-led engagements across the full customer lifecycle. Consistent with our team's commitment to activate campaigns, including validation and testing of journeys/campaigns, is where you will spend most of your time. This is a remote position and you will be reporting to the Marketing Services Manager based in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Consult on technical feasibility and limitations of existing platforms
- Review campaign/journey design and recommend changes
- Build GTM audiences in our CDP and last-mile execution systems (Marketo, Sendwithus)
- Manage the export of customer data from the CDP to execution systems for message personalization
- Maintain knowledge of marketing preferences and email best practices
- Suggest process improvements to increase speed and quality of execution
- Build orchestrated journey logic
- Develop marketing programs in execution systems
- Meticulously validate and test for expected results before go-live
- Ensure activation of marketing campaigns, resolving any issues promptly and consistently communicating with partners
- Keep statuses current in our campaign management tool
- Perform pre- and post-launch analysis ( preference for SQL skill)
- Work with both marketers and technical teams (ability to speak both "languages")
- Review data dictionaries and catalogs to maintain Autodesk data proficiency

Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in marketing or marketing operations
- Proficiency in understanding data and automation processes
- Knowledge of how a marketing automation system and a customer data platform work and their impact on an organization
- Service-oriented; customer-focused and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills, reliability, and punctuality are key to success in this role
- A positive attitude, curiosity, willingness to share knowledge, and strong communication skills are highly valued in our team
- Experience in working independently and managing multiple projects is essential for this position
