Product Manager- Automotive / ADAS (m/w/d)

What's the role?

Team:
HERE is looking for a Product Manager in Berlin to join our Product organization and help manage and evolve HERE's market-leading ADAS Suite, defining and driving the product strategy aligned with broader organizational strategies and ensuring expected business outcomes. You will balance the market, customer, and internal stakeholder requirements, defining the product roadmap, and driving the delivery of an optimized set of features across all stakeholders. You will be the primary product evangelist, both internally and externally.

Role:

• You will work with our internal and external customers and play a key role in customer-driven product development.
• You will lead a comprehensive product strategy – from product conception and definition, through end of life. This includes the identification and validation of market problems, the collection of market information from both a technical and a commercial point of view, and the translation into product strategy and product requirements.
• You will oversee the positioning of the products in the market and, the creation, and execution of plans for sales readiness and marketing activities.
• You create and maintain a product roadmap that illustrates the vision and key phases of product deliverables.
• You will lead the orchestration of product management and its stakeholders in design, engineering, quality, testing, product marketing, and product operations as the product(s) move(s) through their lifecycle.
• You define the strategy and lead the execution of long-term plans for products. This includes products’ business case creation and maintenance, as well as cost/profit control.
• You focus on market needs and insights to promote the use of new technologies and industry-leading trends.
• You are accountable for the performance and results of a significant Product portfolio.

Who are you?

• Several years of relevant experience in Product Management, with a focus on location-technology or software, ideally in an automotive domain.
• Demonstrated success in managing products throughout their lifecycle.
• Experience in the automotive industry with respect to engagement models, and RFx procedures with OEMs
• Ability to analyze data and make informed recommendations
• Achieve successful product launches in complex technology areas
• A demonstrated record of partnering with various teams in a complex (matrix) environment
• Ability to manage by influence
• Ability to operate at big picture level and dive into details where needed
• Experience in areas of our field of work, i.e., automotive, ADAS, automated driving, cloud services, automotive software, map data, Navigation Data Standard (NDS)
• Ability to collect, aggregate, validate, and formulate product requirements from customers and translation into product portfolio, product requirements, and roadmaps
