Your area of responsibility
- As a Support Account Manager, you support our customers as a proactive solution partner and control our internal processes.
- In addition, you are independently responsible for compliance with the framework conditions for operational processes within the operational phase.
- You will also take care of the contractual, planning and financial aspects of the service business with our customers.
- Monitoring the service performance in terms of budget, quality and duration, contrary to the agreed service level agreements and reviewing the service provision also falls within your area of responsibility.
- You will also independently plan, monitor and calculate resource capacity.
- You will be able to learn and apply deep knowledge of Siemens logistics applications to perform customer support case management via web and phone communications
- You will work within a team environment to monitor customers issues, perform triage, troubleshooting and escalation routing as necessary.
- Providing customer assistance in a professional and efficient manner, adhering to well established process and practice procedures.
Your profile:
- Proven work experience in implementing web applicationsin combination with very good JavaScript and SQL skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills on enterprise level applications and ideally EDI knowledge
- Successful technical/university degree in (business) informatics or comparable training with relevant professional experience
- Quick comprehension, strong technical understanding
- Confident and competent appearance
- Very good English language skills and ideally German skills
- Communicative and structured manner as well as hands-on mentality and quick comprehension
- Ideally you will be based in or around Frankenthal or remote in Germany - 1 -2 days a month travel
